Haryana’s former Chief Minister and the Leader of Opposition in Vidhan Sabha Bhupinder Singh Hooda, addressing the ‘Vipak Aapke Samaksh’ and Jai Bharat Satyagraha programme in Yamunanagar on Sunday, said that Haryana is one of those states which have more debt than the budget. “Today, the state is immersed in debt and unemployment.
