Female passenger falls from moving train, rescued by RPF and GPF
A major accident was averted late Friday evening at Rani Kamlapati station after a lady passenger fell from a moving train she was rescued by on duty RPF and GRP after she got stuck between the train and the platform.
The incident of the woman falling from the train and being saved by the police personnel deployed was captured in CCTV.
According to the information, train number 12975 Mysore-Jaipur Express arrives at platform number 3 at Rani Kamlapati station at 5.40 pm on Friday. After a stoppage of about 2 minutes, when the train started to depart from the platform a woman tried to board off the train and got trapped between the train and the platform.
