MUMBAI: Aviation regulator DGCA on Tuesday started a special audit of the facilities of Go First in Mumbai, which has sought approval for restarting operations.
On Thursday, the regulator will audit the airline’s facilities in Delhi, an airline executive said. The executive added that the audit report too is expected on Thursday.
Go First stopped flying on May 3 and is facing voluntary insolvency resolution proceedings. On June 30, DGCA said the audit would focus on safety-related aspects and compliance of the requirements to hold an air operator certificate, as well as on physical verification of the arrangements made for the resumption of flight operations.
