NEW DELHI: A commuter is now allowed to carry a maximum of two sealed liquor bottles on all lines of the Delhi Metro. This was hitherto permitted only on the Airport Express Line. However, drinking liquor on the trains and Metro premises remains prohibited.
The decision follows a review meeting held by members of a committee comprising CISF and Metro officials, Anuj Dayal of DMRC said Friday.
