CM: Committed to give electricity to poor at concession

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the government is committed to provide electricity at concessional rates to poor and the consumers of low income group. The Government is giving a major relief to the power consumers in this period of corona crisis.

A benefit of Rs 623 crore is being given to about 95 lakh power consumers of the state. The Chief Minister Chouhan not only addressed more than 10 lakh domestic, agriculture and power consumers of industrial sector through web linking but also interacted with some consumers through video conferencing.The Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Principal Secretary Sanjay Dubey and Secretary Akash Tripathi were present on the occasion.
