CM assures traders of relief from fixed power charges
The Delhi Government will take steps to provide respite to owners of commercial and industrial units from fixed power charges, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said in a meeting with the representatives of the traders and industrial associations on Friday.
Various stakeholders and representatives of traders’ and industrial associations requested the Chief Minister Kejriwal to intervene as most of the units have remained closed due to Coronavirus lockdown.
The Chief Minister in the last few days has met several associations, clarifying that the revenue situation of the Delhi government has taken a hit owing to the complete shutdown of businesses and the economy due to Coronavirus.
