Carmichael Coal Mine

On October 14, 2015 the new Australian government has given fresh environmental clearance to the Adani Group’s $16.5 bn Carmicheal coal mine and coal evacuation rail infrastructure project subject to 36 conditions. The permission is valid till June 30, 2090.
