Bombay HC rules in favour of GMR in a dispute over development of Nagpur Airport
The Bombay High Court on Wednesday quashed an order by a state-owned entity cancelling a contract awarded to GMR Airports to operate the Nagpur airport.
The Nagpur bench of the High Court directed the Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur, or Mihan, to execute the concession agreement with GMR Airports for the upgradation and operation of the Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport in the city.
