BHEL removes encroachments on its land
The BHEL removed the encroachments on its land. A number of people had erected shanties to obstruct the sapling plantation drive of the BHEL and Capital Project Administration (CPA).
On Wednesday, on receipt of information that new shanties are being erected near plantation site in 100 quarters slum of Piplani B-Sector, the BHEL township estate department took prompt action and razed the newly constructed slums with immediate effect.
Notably in such pandemic anti social elements continue illegal activities at many places.
In another action, illegal residents were evicted from houses located in Barkheda e-sector. In future a detailed plan for such eviction and anti-encroachment drive would also by planned by the township administration.
