Bengaluru: People more likely to fly now, finds survey
BENGALURU: A survey of air passengers, conducted on behalf of Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL), has found that contactless processing and stringent sanitisation measures for flyers at Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) has enhanced passenger confidence.
A release from BIAL said the survey was conducted by LeadCap Ventures between April and July this year and 6,098 respondents participated. Enumerators used systematic random sampling methodology to choose from a database of over 1,50,000 passengers from across age, profession, group size, frequency of flying and different sectors.
