Assam announces Electric Vehicle Policy, targets 2 lakh EVs in next five years
To add two lakhs electric vehicles in next five years, Assam government has come up with Electric Vehicle Policy of Assam,2021.
The government has set a target to convert 100% of the public transport bus fleet into electric buses (Battery Electric Vehicles) by 2030 besides all Government vehicles to be converted to electric vehicles by 2030.
