Aero India 2023: SKAT aircraft develops tech snag, pilot lands to safety
BENGALURU: One out of nine SKAT aircraft had to land after a technical snag developed in the cabin temperature control system during the air display show on Wednesday.
“A lot of hot air was coming into the cockpit while performing. The pilot was feeling extremely uncomfortable and declared it an emergency landing in the middle of the show. We are now repairing the snag. Also, we have a standby aircraft. So, for the next two days, our team will perform with nine aircraft (full capacity) at the venue,” an officer told TOI.
