Adani Green Energy promoters to infuse Rs 9,350 crore in the company to repay loan, fund capex
MUMBAI – Adani Green Energy on Tuesday said its promoters will infuse Rs 9,350 crore into the company through preferential issuance of warrants. The warrants will be issued at Rs 1,480.75 each.
The funds will be primarily utilised to deleverage the balance sheet and fund capital expenditure, the company said in a release.
