Work on slip road hangs fire, commuters suffer

It is a regular affair in the city that new development projects are announced but no concrete efforts are made to ensure timely completion of the undergoing projects that had already missed deadlines.

An incomplete slip road (from Pakhowal Road towards Jawaddi along the Sidhwan Canal) is an example of a such project that was started years ago but was not completed till date even after missing multiple deadlines.
