Work on G’gram-Faridabad flyover to begin soon
Construction work of the first flyover on the Gurugram-Faridabad stretch is expected to commence soon. The Gurugram administration has estimated that once functional, it will bring down traffic pressure and also reduce accidents on this stretch. The flyover on the corridor will be built near Bandhwadi village. A Detailed Project Report (DPR) of the project has already been prepared by the Public Works Department (PWD). The estimated cost of the project is more than 11.50 crore.
The flyover will start after the construction of the ‘Valley View’ residential apartment that is on this stretch is completed. The flyover would be 800 meters long and have four lanes and will also have service lanes either sides. The commuters going towards Bandhwadi village will use the underpass.
