Vistara a key part of Singapore Air’s multi-hub strategy: CEO Goh Choon Phong

Equity investment in Vistara has helped Singapore Airlines to widen its geographic reach, leading to a significant boost in passenger base, Singapore Airlines chief executive Goh Choon Phong said. Singapore Airlines (SIA) holds 49% stake in Vistara while the remaining 51% is owned by salt-to-steel conglomerate Tata Sons. Phong said that equity investment by the Asian carrier in Vistara has significantly helped its multi-hub strategy.
