Vedanta entity, Adani, Jindal Power, PFC and iLabs give EoI for KSK Mahanadi Power
The resolution professional of KSK Mahanadi Power Ltd has received fresh expressions of interest from a Vedanta entity, Adani NSE -0.51 % Power, Naveen Jindal’s Jindal Power, Dharampal Jindal’s Jindal Polymer, Power Finance Corporation and iLabs India Special Situation Fund, said people with knowledge of the matter.
These apart, Medha Servo Drives, Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biol, Medha Engineering, Alchemist Asset Reconstruction Company in partnership with Cygnet Projects, Invest ARC and Prudent ARC promoter RKG Fund II also submitted expressions of interest, for which the deadline was last Monday, the people said.
The resolution professional, Sumit Binani, did not respond to a request for comment till press time Thursday.
