MUMBAI: Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri met with ONGC Chairman Arun Kumar Singh and ONGC Director Om Prakash Singh while rededicating ONGC’s iconic drilling rig Sagar Samrat as a Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU).
