Two new Delhi Metro lines likely to get approval today: Here are details about route, deadline, stations

The Union Cabinet is expected to give approval for the development of two new Delhi Metro corridors on Wednesday. The corridors will connect Lajpat Nagar to G Block in Saket and Inderlok to Indraprastha, with a combined length of approximately 20 km. The announcement comes just days before the dates for the Lok Sabha elections are announced. The cost of these stretches under the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Phase-IV project has not been revealed yet.
