Two Just Stop Oil protesters held for smashing glass protecting Velazquez’s Venus painting in London’s National Gallery

The UK police on Monday arrested two Just Stop Oil protesters for smashing the glass covering of Rokeby Venus painting on display at the National Gallery.

A video released by Just Stop Oil shows two protesters smashing the glass of the painting, also known as The Toilet of Venus, before addressing the visitors.
