Tri-service drill: Heli-dropped task force operated at altitude of over 9,000 ft

Chinar Corps of the Army on Tuesday conducted a helicopter-borne training and validation exercise in Kashmir valley.

Troops from the Infantry, para-commandos from the Army and marine commandos from the Navy participated.

The drill was planned to validate the joint capability to insert a task force tactically behind enemy lines.
