TPCODL staffs’ dharna from Feb 23
The Odisha Rajya Bidyut Shramika Karmachari Engineers’ Ekata Manch on Saturday announced to stage a dharna before the TPCODL Corporate Office here from February 23 against the management’s act of harming financial and social security of the employees.
The demands include a final call on pension, income assessment of erstwhile CESU employees, regularisation of contractual, ex-NMR, outsourced employees (121+15+39) of erstwhile CESU, payment of arrear medical allowance to executives retrospectively from April 21, 2018 at par with the OPTCL order and withdrawal of the proposed disciplinary authorities for officers and executives.
