TMH-RVNL resolve differences and sign agreement for sleeper Vande Bharat trains

Russia’s TMH Group and India’s Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), the consortium partners that bid the lowest in the sleeper design Vande Bharat trains tender, have resolved their differences. In a statement to the boruses, RVNL said it has signed a Share Purchase Agreement TMH subsidiary-Metrowagonmash, and Locomotive Electronic Systems (LES), a Russian equipment supplier.
