THDCIL to contribute nearly Rs 2 cr

With most of its projects located in Uttarakhand THDC India Limited (THDCIL) has decided to contribute about Rs 20 crore for efforts to tackle the situation resulting from COVID-19 pandemic. According to an official statement, it will contribute Rs 1.45 crore to Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Authority under corporate social responsibility and Rs 55 lakh by way of one day’s basic pay of THDCIL employees from the salary for the month of May 2020 in chief minister relief fund to support fight against COVID-19.
