MUMBAI: Thai Airways’ Monday morning flight from Delhi to Bangkok has been inordinately delayed. What is worse is passengers have been inside aircraft for over five hours now with no clue about their flight status.
Flight TG-332, which was scheduled to depart at 3.30 am on February 13, is still on ground.
Ajey Mehta, a passenger tweeted at 7.40 am: “TG 332 DEL BKK 13th Feb. ETD 330 am. It’s 741 am. We have been on board for over 4 hours. No announcement. No food. Captain silent. Cannot disembark. @ThaiAirways very very callous behaviour and disappointing. What recourse do passengers have?” The airline informed the passengers that the flight has been delayed due to a technical snag, Mehta tweeted adding that the airline did not provide any further updates.
