Ten flights land at Guwahati airport

With flight services resuming in the country, 10 flights landed in Guwahati amid the ongoing lockdown on Tuesday.

Sources said 1,087 people belonging to various states of the Northeast arrived at the LGBI Airport in the 10 flights till the filing of this report.

Although the airport had more than 20 flight schedules, due to various reasons a limited number of flights are being operated as of now.

On Monday, when the commercial domestic flights resumed in the country for the first time in two months, eight flights landed in Guwahati with 686 passengers.

On Tuesday, there were three flights from Delhi, two from Bangalore, two from Imphal, one from Silchar, one from Chennai and one from Mumbai.
