Ten central trade unions jointly condemn govt’s announcement to privatise more airports

The 10 central trade unions have jointly condemned the government’s announcement to privatise more airports saying it is against the interests of the commuters, and urged the government to withdraw its latest proposal.

“The central trade unions (CTUs) condemn the central government’s fetish for privatisation and sale of all their assets to their cronies and warn that this step is against the interests of the ordinary commuters, and urge the government to withdraw its latest proposal,” it said in a joint statement.
