Tech Mahindra receives Rs 400 cr contract to transform HAL’s operations

Tech Mahindra NSE 1.13 % has received a contract worth Rs 400 crore to implement enterprise resource planning (ERP) to support Hindustan Aeronautics Limited’s (HAL) ‘Project Parivartan’.

Tech Mahindra would be responsible for the transformation and modernisation of the ERP system as an implementation and support partner enabling HAL to streamline and standardise its business processes across the organisation, said the company in a press release.

Tech Mahindra would implement ‘Project Parivartan’ over a period of nine years and transform the distributed application to a centralised application for all the 20 divisions and research and development centers of HAL based on a business transformation engineering process.
