Tata Power shares up 0.99% as Sensex falls

Shares of Tata Power NSE 0.89 % Company Ltd. gained 0.99 per cent to Rs 193.45 in Tuesday’s session as of 10:41AM (IST) even as the equity benchmark Sensex traded 142.55 points lower at 59993.23.

Earlier in the day, the stock witnessed a gap up start to the session. The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 198.7 and a 52-week low of Rs 51.65 on NSE. Around 5975569 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:41AM (IST).
