Tata Power shares rise 1.22% as Sensex slides

Shares of the Tata Power NSE 2.41 % Company Ltd. traded at Rs 244.6 on BSE at 10:20AM (IST) on Tuesday, up 1.22 per cent from previous close.

The scrip quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 55.95 and a high of Rs 269.7.

Earlier, the stock saw a gap up opening in the morning.

A total of 2,037,470 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 10:20AM (IST).

The stock of Tata Power Company Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 78477.54 crore.
