Tata Power shares drop 0.44% as Sensex rises

Shares of Tata Power Company Ltd NSE -0.89 %. traded 0.44 per cent down at Rs 224.9 at 11:16AM (IST) on Thursday, even as BSE benchmark Sensex gained 44.62 points to 62455.3.

The stock had settled at Rs 225.9 in the previous session. The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 298.0 and 52-week low of Rs 190.0, respectively. As per BSE data, total traded volume on the counter till 11:16AM (IST) stood at 303522 shares with a turnover of Rs 6.86 crore.
