TATA delivers electric buses to Jammu Smart City
Tata Motors, one of the biggest players in the commercial vehicle industry, has supplied Ultra EV air-conditioned electric buses to Jammu Smart City Limited through its subsidiary, TML Smart City Mobility Solutions (J&K) Pvt Ltd. This decision was taken to achieve complete electrical public transportation in Jammu. These electric buses, made in India with modern technology offer emission-free transportation within the city.
The fleet was officially launched in the presence of top government officials, including the Hon’ble Home Minister, Hon’ble Minister of Heavy Industries, and the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir. Notable dignitaries and representatives from Tata Motors also attended the event.
