The newly inaugurated integrated terminal at Surat International Airport is hailed as a vital component of the city’s infrastructural development. Prime Minister Narendra Modi described it as a “significant upgrade for Surat, enhancing ‘Ease of Living’ and fostering increased commerce in the city and its vicinity.”
Surat presently has air connectivity to 14 domestic cities, including Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Goa, Goa Mopa, Belgaum, Pune, Jaipur, Udaipur, Indore, Diu, and Kishangarh. Additionally, the city is connected internationally through Sharjah, providing global accessibility.
