Supreme Court directs SpiceJet to clear $1.25 million dues to Credit Suisse by March 15

The Supreme Court on Monday asked SpiceJet to clear its outstanding dues of $1.25 million by March 15 to Swiss financial services firm Credit Suisse in a $24 million payment dispute. It also asked Spicejet chairman Ajay Singh to be present before it on March 22, the next date of hearing.

The case related to a commercial settlement arrived at between the Swiss firm and the low-cost airline in 2021.
