Stricter curbs at Punjab, Delhi airports; Air India fliers under scrutiny after SFJ threat
India’s Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) on Monday ordered extra security checks for passengers flying Air India flights from Punjab and Delhi after a threat from Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, the founder of the banned extremist group Sikhs for Justice (SFJ)
Earlier this week, Pannun released a video asking Sikhs not to fly in Air India aircraft after November 19, as their lives could be under threat.
