Challenging High Court’s order, MP Power Management Company Ltd, the Madhya Pradesh state owned discom, has appealed to the Supreme Court to quash PPA signed for 51 MW solar power project developed by ReNew Clean Energy Pvt Ltd. The discom had cancelled the ReNew’s PPA due to delay in the procurement of land for the project.
