State brings electricity service under Mo Sarkar
With an aim to provide efficient, time-bound and transparent service delivery to the electricity consumers, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday launched a portal ‘Mo Bidyut’ and a mobile app and announced that the electricity services would be brought under the purview of ‘Mo Sarkar’.
Patnaik launched the bilingual online electricity integrated consumer service portal, www.mobidyut.com and said this is one more transformational initiative under the 5T mechanism.
“Ministers and senior officials will be in touch with consumers for their feedback,” he said, adding that the initiative would benefit over 89 lakh electricity consumers.
