SriLankan Airlines to operate 4 additional weekly flights to Delhi: CEO

SriLankan Airlines is to operate 4 additional weekly flights connecting Delhi with Colombo from July 4 taking the weekly flights between the two cities to 18 flights, Vipula Gunatilleka, Group, Chief Executive Officer said on Wednesday.

Addressing a press conference here to announce the increase in the number of flights between the two countries SriLankan’s CEO also announced that the airline will look to operate flights to Calicut and Ahmedabad from Colombo from next year onwards.

“We will start with four frequencies initially,” he said.
