SpiceJet to have its annual general meeting on December 26

SpiceJet will host its annual general meeting on December 26, at which the airline will also ask shareholders for permission to re-appoint Ajay Singh as a director.

According to a regulatory filing on Friday, the company in the meeting will also seek nod of shareholders for the adoption of audited financial statements for financial year ended March 31, 2022.
