Spicejet and Celestial Aviation trying to settle; NCLT adjourns to February 26

Spicejet, Thursday, informed the National Company Law Tribunal, Delhi, that it had made some payments to its aircraft lessor Celestial Aviation and was trying to settle the matter.

“The parties are negotiating, and some payments were made,” said Spicejet’s counsel, pleading that the matter be adjourned to March.
