SJVN begins commercial power supply from 50 MW Gujrai solar project

New Delhi: State-run SJVN on Friday began commercial supply of electricity from its 50 MW Gujrai solar power station in Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh. With this, the total installed power capacity of SJVN stands at 2,277 MW, with 10 power stations currently operational, a power ministry statement said.

According to the statement, SJVN, under the administrative control of the Ministry of Power, has begun the successful commercial operation of its 50 MW Gujrai solar power station in Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh on Friday.
