Six passengers left stranded at Bengaluru airport as IndiGo flight departs ’12 minutes early’
Six passengers of IndiGo flight 6E 6162 from Bengaluru to Mangaluru found themselves stranded at Kempegowda International Airport as the flight departed 12 minutes ahead of its designated takeoff time on Friday.
As per an account provided by a government official among the stranded passengers, the flight’s scheduled departure time was 2.55 pm, yet records from the airline’s website indicated it departed at 2.43 pm. Subsequent to a demonstration staged by the passengers who had missed the flight, the airline arranged for their accommodation on the subsequent flight (6E-578) at 8.20 pm, which experienced a delay of thirty minutes, a ToI report stated.
