Six Indian airports adjudged at best airports by ACI in Asia Pacific region

PUNE: A total of six Indian airports have been adjudged at ‘best airport by size’ in different categories (annual passenger traffic) by the Airports Council International (ACI) in its Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey for last year, in the Asia Pacific region.
While in the category of an airport with an annual passenger traffic of over 40 million passengers, Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) and Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport have been adjusted among the best, in the category of an airport with annual passenger traffic of 2 to 5 million passengers, the Chandigarh airport has been selected as among the best.
Furthermore, in the category of an airport with annual traffic of 5 to 15 million passenger traffic, the Cochin International Airport and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad, have been selected as among the best by the ACI.
