The Haryana Government has decided to create a single agency that will handle all the road projects in the State. The agency will also accept the complaints about damaged road across 22 districts in the State.
This step is being taken to avoid any confusion and delay of road construction work among the different agencies.
“Soon the constitutions of the single agency will be implemented in the entire 22 districts in the state. The all 22 districts will be distributed by the four agencies. One agency will build the entire district roads.
The benefits of constitute single authority in each district will not create any confusion with the jurisdictions the particular agency will be responsible for bad road constructions,” an administration official on the condition anonymity said.
