Singapore greenlights Air India-Vistara merger

Anti trust regulator of Singapore said on Tuesday that it has granted approval for the merger between Air India and Vistara, marking another step towards creation of India’s second largest airline.

Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) said both the airlines have given commitment to maintain capacity as of 2019 on both sides of Singapore to Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Trichy routes.
