Signature Bridge to remain shut for 10 days from today
The six km long ‘Signature Bridge’ connecting Wazirabad to East Delhi will be completely closed for 10 days from Monday due to the removal of temporary platforms and tower crane. The decision was taken by the Delhi Traffic police following the request of Tourism department.
Delhi Traffic Police on Sunday also issued an advisory asking the commuters to avoid the said route. According to the advisory, Signature Bridge will be completely closed from November 4 midnight to November 14 midnight.
“As requested by Delhi Tourism Department and Transport Development Corporation (DTDTDC), Signature Bridge will be completely closed from 4th November to midnight of 15th November till the 12:00 am for the removal of temporary platforms and cranes.
