Shares of REC Ltd. rise as Nifty gains
Shares of REC NSE -0.92 % Ltd. gained 1.57 per cent to Rs 136.1 in Monday’s trade as of 10:52AM (IST). It hit a high of Rs 136.55 and low of Rs 134.4 during the session.
The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 157.25 and a low of Rs 79.0. The return on equity for the stock stood at 14.04 per cent. About 69,464 shares have changed hands on the counter so far.
The stock’s beta value, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.27.
The scrip has been an underperformer, down 3.74 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 13.44 per cent gain in Sensex.
