Shares of Power Finance Corp. fall as Nifty gains

Shares of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. slipped 0.52 per cent to Rs 123.45 in Thursday’s trade as of 12:50PM (IST). It hit a high of Rs 125.35 and low of Rs 122.35 during the session.

The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 153.75 and a low of Rs 104.1. The return on equity for the stock stood at 19.33 per cent. About 262,252 shares have changed hands on the counter so far.

The stock’s beta value, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.57.

The scrip has been an underperformer, up 17.02 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 35.05 per cent gain in Sensex.
