Shares of Petronet LNG Ltd. rise as Nifty gains
Shares of Petronet LNG NSE 1.49 % Ltd. gained 2.52 per cent to Rs 226.15 in Friday’s trade as of 10:31AM (IST). It hit a high of Rs 226.4 and low of Rs 221.6 during the session.
The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 280.0 and a low of Rs 179.05. The return on equity for the stock stood at 24.3 per cent. About 43,966 shares have changed hands on the counter so far.
The stock’s beta value, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 0.66.
The scrip has been an underperformer, up 19.06 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 69.59 per cent gain in Sensex.
