Share price of Adani Gas jumps as Sensex gains 54.42 points
The share price of Adani Total Gas NSE -1.59 % Ltd. gained 0.88 per cent to Rs 2469.55 at 10:41AM (IST) in Thursday’s trade. The scrip has hit a high of Rs 2490.25 and low of Rs 2413.6 so far during the session. The stock had closed at Rs 2447.9 in the previous session.
The counter has had a total traded volume of 4083 shares so far with a value of Rs 1.0 crore on the NSE. It traded at a price-to-earnings multiple of 532.2 and a price-to-book ratio of 97.81.
A higher price-to-earnings ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher price for per rupee earnings given by the stock because of better future growth expectations.
